Marketing that reports in rupees, not reach.
We run Google, Meta, SEO and WhatsApp for Telangana businesses spending ₹15,000 to ₹1,00,000 a month — the budgets Hyderabad's big agencies openly refuse. Our entire rate card is published further down this page. No “dynamic pricing”. No discovery call before you are allowed to know a number.
Or model it yourself first — project your leads and cost per lead
Got it.
We'll message that WhatsApp number within 15 minutes if it's between 9 AM and 10 PM, and first thing in the morning otherwise. If you'd rather start now, message us on +91 90000 00000.
Those are capabilities, not achievements. You will not find award badges, borrowed client logos or a review count on this page — see the case-study slots, which are deliberately empty until there is something real to put in them.
Who we run this for
Pick your category. The maths changes completely.
A builder paying ₹900 for a site-visit enquiry and a salon paying ₹160 for a booking are not doing the same job. Tap a category and the projector below re-benchmarks to it.
Real estate & builders
Project launches, plotted ventures, resale inventory. Highest budgets in the state and the least patient sales teams — so we build around speed-to-call, not lead count.
Typical ad spend ₹1–5L/moHospitals, clinics & diagnostics
Multi-speciality, dental, fertility, dermatology, diagnostic chains. Locality-level Google Business Profile work does more here than any amount of brand spend.
Typical ad spend ₹40k–2L/moEducation & coaching
NEET, EAMCET, schools, upskilling. Brutally seasonal — March to July is the whole year. We plan the calendar backwards from admission dates.
Typical ad spend ₹30k–1.5L/moD2C, retail, fashion & jewellery
Catalogue ads, WhatsApp catalogues, festive pushes and repeat-purchase flows. Return on ad spend is the only number that matters and the only one we report on first.
Typical ad spend ₹25k–2L/moIT, SaaS & B2B services
HITEC City, Gachibowli, the GCC belt. Long cycles, high lifetime value, expensive leads. Judged on pipeline created, never on form fills.
Typical ad spend ₹50k–3L/moRestaurants, gyms & salons
Cheap leads, thin margins, footfall within three kilometres. Google Business Profile, reels and WhatsApp broadcasts do almost all the work.
Typical ad spend ₹15k–60k/moAlso run regularly: automobile dealerships, interiors and modular kitchens, travel, legal and CA firms, and episodic political campaigns. If your category is not listed, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right agency for it.
What we actually do
Eight services. Each one priced on this page.
Buy them inside a plan or on their own. The “from” prices below are the bottom of the published range in the rate card — no bait number that grows on the call.
SEO
Technical fixes, content built around what Telangana actually searches for, and links you would not be embarrassed to show a client. Expect three to six months before it pays.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
The cheapest lead source most local businesses in Hyderabad are still ignoring. Profile, posts, photos, Q&A, review replies, and locality pages down to Kondapur or Kukatpally.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, YouTube. The fastest channel you have: structured tests usually move within 24 to 72 hours. Managed on a fee, or on 12–20% of spend at enterprise scale.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram lead ads, catalogue and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns. Creative in Telugu and English, because the same ad rarely wins in both.
WhatsApp marketing
Business API, catalogues, broadcast campaigns, auto-replies and click-to-WhatsApp ads. Platform fee and Meta's per-message charge are passed through at cost, itemised.
Social media management
Planned, shot, written and scheduled. Reels weighted over static posts, because that is where the reach is. A stated number of posts per month, in writing.
Content, video & reels
Blogs and landing copy that rank, plus reels, testimonials and walkthroughs. Shoot days are quoted separately and you keep every raw file.
Websites & landing pages
Fast, mobile-first, built to convert on a 4G connection in a lift. One-time cost, published below. The domain and the code are yours from day one.
Published rate card
Here is every price we charge.
One Hyderabad agency states publicly that it will not take a client under ₹1,00,000 a month. Another calls its pricing “dynamic”, which means it depends on how you look on the call. We think you should be able to work out whether you can afford us before you tell us your name.

The small print, which is not small and is not hidden
GST. Every price above excludes GST. We add 18% and issue a tax invoice carrying our GSTIN [GSTIN] against yours, so you can claim input tax credit.
Ad spend. Not included, and it never passes through us. You pay Google and Meta directly on your own card. We cannot mark it up because we never hold it.
TDS. Deduct 2% under section 194C from our fee — not from your ad spend. We reconcile against 26AS and AIS each quarter.
Minimum. Three months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
Ranges. The service table is the honest Hyderabad market range, including what other agencies charge. Where your quote sits inside it depends on scope, and we tell you where before you ask.
Negotiation. Yes, people negotiate here. We would rather cut scope than cut the rate, and we will show you exactly what comes out.
Rate card current as of and reviewed annually.
Projector
Model the numbers before you talk to anyone.
Choose your category, drag your ad budget, and put in the cost per lead you are getting today if you know it. Everything this produces is a projection built on stated planning assumptions — not a forecast of your results, and not a promise. The assumptions are printed underneath so you can argue with them.
₹75,000 per month
₹15,000₹10,00,000
Nothing you type here is sent anywhere unless you choose to send the audit request. There is no “unlock your results” email gate.
These are projections from published planning assumptions, not forecasts of your results and not a guarantee. Actual performance depends on your offer, creative, landing page, season, competition and how fast your team calls a new lead.
The assumptions behind every number above — read these before you trust them
The projector starts from published India-wide cost-per-lead ranges for each category, adjusted to what we plan against in Hyderabad. It is a planning tool, in the same way a builder's rough estimate is a planning tool.
| Category | Planning cost per lead | Become a real conversation | Of those, become a customer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Real estate & builders | ₹900 | 25% | 4% |
| Hospitals & clinics | ₹350 | 45% | 22% |
| Education & coaching | ₹300 | 40% | 14% |
| D2C, retail & jewellery | ₹220 | 55% | 18% |
| IT, SaaS & B2B services | ₹1,600 | 30% | 8% |
| Restaurants, gyms & salons | ₹160 | 50% | 30% |
- A blended Google + Meta mix on a lead-generation objective, running to a landing page we control.
- Cost per lead is modelled to rise about 5% for every doubling of monthly ad spend above ₹50,000, capped at +30%, because audiences saturate. This is why the projected cost per lead is higher than the table figure at larger budgets.
- Total monthly outlay is your ad spend plus the retainer for the plan that fits it, including 18% GST on the retainer. Ad spend has its own GST treatment on Google's and Meta's invoices to you.
- Qualified-conversation and close rates are category planning assumptions. Your CRM will disagree with them, and your CRM is right.
- Seasonality is ignored. For coaching in April or jewellery in October, reality will be considerably better than this; in the off-season, worse.
- Nothing here is a guarantee, an earnings claim, or a representation about results. We will not give you one of those, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
Proof
These three boxes are empty on purpose.
Every agency site you have looked at today had case studies on it. Some of those numbers were real. You have no way of telling which. Rather than add to that, here is the exact shape of the proof we publish — filled in only from a client's own ad account, with their written permission, and with a named contact who will confirm it if you ask.

A note to whoever launches this site
Do not fill these slots with anything you cannot evidence from a client's own account, with their written permission. Invented case studies, borrowed logos, fake review counts and unearned partner badges are the fastest way to lose a serious prospect — they check, and misleading advertising claims are actionable in India under consumer-protection law and the ASCI code. An empty slot costs you far less than a fabricated one.
How we actually operate
WhatsApp is the product, not a floating green button.
Your account lead is in a WhatsApp group with you from day one. Approvals, creative, budget changes, the awkward question about last week's numbers — all of it there, all of it in writing, all of it answered inside 15 minutes between 9 AM and 10 PM, seven days a week.
The same goes for your customers. Click-to-WhatsApp ads, catalogues, broadcasts and auto-replies, because in this market a form fill is a worse lead than a message.
Published industry figures for India, quoted as market context. They are not our results and we are not claiming them as such.
The first 30 days
What actually happens after you sign.
Not “onboarding”, “discovery” and “strategy”. Here is the week-by-week, including the weeks that look like nothing is happening.
Access and an honest audit
Read access to your existing ad accounts, Google Business Profile and analytics. We show you what we found — including the parts that make the previous agency look bad and the parts that make you look bad. Agreement signed, GST invoice raised, WhatsApp group opened with your account lead in it.
Tracking before spending
Conversion tracking, call tracking, WhatsApp click tracking and the handoff into your CRM go in first. We will not spend your money into a system that cannot tell us what happened to it. Landing page drafted, creative brief written.
Live, and learning in public
Campaigns launch as structured tests, not one big ad set. Google usually moves within 24 to 72 hours; Meta needs its learning phase first. We cut losers weekly and tell you what we cut. Expect the first fortnight to look noisy — that is what buying data looks like.
The first honest read
Enough volume for a real read on cost per lead and lead quality. You get the report, the review call, and a written plan for month two — including whatever we intend to stop doing. If the read is bad, you hear it from us first.
Before you commit
The questions that decide it.
Each plan's scope is listed on the rate card above and copied word for word into the agreement: the number of campaigns, posts, reels, pages, locations, reports and calls. If it is not written there, it is not included — and we will quote it separately rather than quietly absorb it and then quietly stop doing it. Ad spend is never included; it goes to Google and Meta on your own card.
Every price on this page excludes GST. We add 18% and issue a GST tax invoice carrying our GSTIN [GSTIN] against your GSTIN, so you can claim input tax credit. This is the unglamorous, decisive reason to use a registered agency rather than a freelancer: someone without a GSTIN cannot give you an invoice you can claim, which quietly makes their cheaper rate the more expensive one.
Agency service fees generally attract TDS at 2% under section 194C. Deduct it from our fee, deposit it, and issue Form 16A; we reconcile against 26AS and AIS each quarter so nothing goes missing at year end. TDS applies to our fee only — not to the ad spend you pay directly to Google or Meta. We are not your tax advisers, so confirm the treatment with your CA.
Because of how the channels actually behave. Google Ads usually shows movement in 24 to 72 hours. Paid social needs roughly 30 to 60 days to get through learning and creative iteration. SEO takes three to six months before it returns anything. Below three months you pay for the setup and leave immediately before the compounding starts — a bad deal for you and an unwinnable brief for us. After the minimum it is month to month with 30 days' notice, and there is no lock-in beyond that.
You do, without exception. Ad accounts are created inside your own Google and Meta business accounts, with us added as an agency partner. The same applies to your Google Business Profile, your website, your domain, your WhatsApp Business number and every creative file, including raw footage. If you leave, we remove our access and you lose nothing — no history, no audience lists, no learning. An agency that holds your ad account is managing its own churn, not your marketing.
Monthly on Starter, fortnightly on Growth, weekly on Domination, with a live dashboard from Growth upward. Every report ties spend to leads to revenue as far as your CRM allows. You also hold direct access to the ad accounts, so you can check every figure we send against the source in a couple of clicks. If an agency's numbers only exist inside the agency's slide deck, ask why.
First, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself — that is what the review call is for. Then we work through the four possible causes in order: the media, the offer, the landing page, and the speed of your follow-up. It is very often the fourth, and we will say so even though it is the uncomfortable answer. If, after the three-month minimum, the numbers do not justify continuing, we tell you to stop; we would rather lose a retainer than spend a year defending a bad one. What we will not do is promise you a lead volume, a keyword ranking or a return in advance. Nobody can honestly do that, and an agency that does is quoting a number it fully intends to renegotiate later.
Yes to both — it is the reason this agency is named after the state and not the city. We run campaigns across Telangana, including Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam and Ramagundam, and inside Hyderabad down to a single locality such as Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kukatpally, Banjara Hills, Kondapur or Secunderabad. Ad copy, creative and WhatsApp replies in Telugu, English or both. For most local businesses, Telugu creative on Meta with English on Google search is the combination that works.

Fifteen minutes. On WhatsApp. Free.
We look at your ads, your Google Business Profile and your landing page, and tell you the two things costing you the most money. If those two things do not need us, we will say that too.
No obligation, no deck, no “strategy call” that turns out to be a pitch.
